Stroke ! Why I Limit Fatty Meat Consumptions

Am moderately heavy-BMI range 28 kg m squared. For what I consider genetic deposes where most of carbohydrates I consume are converted to storage fats. Noting ingested fats after digested by pancreatic lipase to fatty acids and glycerol, are re-assembled upon absorption into the epithelial cells of the villi into fats and transported through blood stream to storage tissues. In the transportation process atherosclerosis and arteriosclerosis can be caused.

-Atherosclerosis is a condition in which fatty substances [ex-cholesterol] in the blood are deposited on the walls of the arteries.

-Arteriosclerosis is a degenerative process that can affect all of the arteries of the body. It begins with cholesterol deposits in their inner lining, called the intima. The thickening and hardening of the arteries coupled with a reduction of their inner diameter reduces blood circulation through them resulting to high blood pressure.

High Blood Pressure

-Blood Pressure is force of the blood on the inside walls of the blood vessels.

Systolic [maximum] pressure exceeds 140 mm Hg.

Diastolic [minimum] pressure exceeds 90 mm Hg.

Hypertension [high blood pressure] is when the blood pressure is consistently higher than normal.

Arteriosclerosis induced hypertension is the primary cause of stroke since it fosters arterial rupture and the formation of clots.
