Am optimistic to adequate rainfall in the second quarter of 2023. I take this view based in physics’ laws. Early in the twentieth century Albert Einstein put forward new ideas regarding the relationship between space, time, mass and energy. This assumption was expressed in the law of conservation of matter, which states that the total quantity of matter in the universe is fixed and cannot be increased or decreased by human agency. Similarly, another scientific law, called the law of conservation of energy, states that the total quantity of energy in the universe is also constant and can be neither created nor destroyed. In light of this, Earth water is constant only convert into three states; ice-liquid-vapor depending in heat energy.
Therefor, rainfall is water matter in liquid state condensed at troposphere after heat energy radiated from sun caused evapotranspiration-transpiration and evaporation from plants and terrestrial respectively. So,the high heat in clear sky been experienced in the 2023 first quarter is phenomenon of intense conversion of liquid water into vapor descending into troposphere to precipitate as high rainfall from second quarter of 2023. If the first quarter experience low temperature; opposite [low rainfall] could occur in my opinion.
