Jesus’ Righteous Mortician

John 12 : 3; Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. End of quote.

Judas Iscariot became indignant and protested and was Jesus’ response :

John 12 : 7; “Leave her alone,” Jesus replied. “It was intended that she should save this perfume for the day of my burial, end of quote.

However, the mortician did not had a chance to preserve Jesus’ body according to Luke 24; 1-3; On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus, end of quote.
