In my own view on leadership definition: Leadership styles and classifications are of four types; Cultural Leader, Natural leader [Politician], Professional leader and Spiritual leader.
Cultural leader: is one of inheritance in a tribal setting of customs and tradition. Like Chiefs in most pre-colonial African govern-ship, and Monarchies in Western Countries.
Natural Leader: in my definition is a politician, for he or she become a leader through popular suffrage. That why in most countries; senior most politician either title president or prime minister becomes Commander-In-Chief of Armed Forces regardless whether is a trained soldier since is presumed poses inborn leadership qualities.
Professional leader: is a leader of professionals which him or she is trained in. For instant, one can not be a bank manager unless is a banker by profession.
Spiritual leader: like Pope head and leads a denomination.
