Penalty Justice

I liked and gave kudos to referee Cesar Arturo Ramos, whom officiated Tunisia vs Denmark match for being considerate on his judgement on seemed obvious penalties. It started with Danish defender who hand handled the ball inside the box despite his effort to pull off his hand to avoid it. Well, despite Tunisians protest, he awarded corner kick.

Then afterward, Tunisian defender also hand handled the ball on his biceps to lessen impact to his thoracic cavity. Likewise, despite verifying on VAR, he awarded a goal-kick. Surely, why penalize a desperate avoidance and self harm prevention.

Long live a Mexican referee, Cesar Arturo Ramos.
