A Handshake with Farming Inhibitors

In my plan to utilize scarce land resource. I have set up soil capping and spared some weeds on my water pan mold. Soil capping is an impervious layer on the surface of the soil which obstructs rain infiltration leading to runoff. Whereas, weeds compete for nutrients and moisture with food crops. The spared weeds will act as soil cover to prevent soil erosion into the water pan. While set up soil capping is holding import of topsoil for food crops planting.
