In my basic schooling, I learnt proper fraction calculations which am going to argue my divinity principles in budget process making based in it as follows:
Proper fractions can be express in percentage to deduce comparative quantity in a given value, for example, if one say that 1/3 of given population are men, then, it goes without saying that the other 2/3 are women which can also expressed in percentage as follows:
Let say the said population is 12000 people in total; then the percentage of men can be calculated as follows;
1/3*12000=4000 which can be converted in percentage 4000/12000=33.3% where is rounded off to the nearest 5 to 34% since there can’t be point person.
So, God’s asks for tithe which ten percent of our productivity leaving out ninety percent which in end sum is taken by government through various taxes.
Then, question lingers, why did God commanded only ten percent for Him? This question can best answered by two valuables; Catholic Cardinal and President: President has more bills to pay to run state obligations than a Cardinal. Hence God’s allocation of 90% to head of state.
