:Education Certificate: Out of 25%; I give him 25% for value addition by obtaining Master of Applied Philosophy and Ethics which is the cradle of the law discipline profession.
Leadership Qualities: Out of 20%; I give him 13.4% where I divide 20 by 3=6.7 times 2 which is out of three presidential petition where he won 2.
General Knowledge: Out of 15%; I give him 15% based on the question he was asked by the commissioner representing magistrates about the I don’t know “six bungalows of the law” and he got all six.
Current Affairs: Out of 10%; I give him 10% for his examples in answering questions, like the one of Judiciary’s sensitivity and quoted the man who stole his child in a paper bag and Kenya government’s budget circle on month of August.
Verbal Communication: Out of 10%; I give him 9% deducting half mark from both Chair Lady clarification on what he meant on presidential appointees, and Justice Majanja’s where he answered with clause, I will need all hands on the deck.
Dressing: Out of 10%; I give him 10% for contrasting tie, depicting creativity.
