Preference and choice : Human wants are many and varied, and the means to satisfy them are limited. A person has to make a choice among alternatives, given the limited resources in order to satisfy his or her needs. A person does this by satisfying the most pressing need first. This is called scale of preference.
In view of scale of preference ; National Treasury and Economic Planning Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi’s 2025/2026 budget did not impose additional taxes on the citizens, instead the Government focused on prudent fiscal policies that will ensure economic growth and stability.
